MEET NANCY SKELLEY
After graduating from Virginia Tech, I came to Myrtle Beach for what was supposed to be one short vacation. That vacation turned into an entire summer—and here I am, 40 years later, still calling Myrtle Beach home.
I remember a friend asking me, “I thought you were coming back to Alexandria?”
My answer was simple: “I'm staying in Myrtle Beach because the sun is always shining, there's always something to do, and people are happy!”
What began as a spontaneous decision became one of the best decisions of my life.
Over the past 40 years, I've had the privilege of building my life and my real estate career right here along the Grand Strand. I've watched Myrtle Beach grow and change, welcomed countless families to the area, and helped people find not just a house, but a place to call home.
To me, real estate is about helping people move into the next chapter of their lives. Whether that means finding a first home, moving into a larger home, downsizing, relocating, or embracing retirement, I understand that every move represents an important life transition.
My goal is to make that transition as seamless and stress-free as possible. I'm there for my clients every step of the way—from our first conversation to the closing table—and long after the keys have changed hands. My relationships with clients don't end when a transaction closes.
